Ingredients
- 4 slices of peeled cucumber
- 2 fl oz IRISH whiskey
- 1 fl oz Norm's Farms Elderflower Syrup
- 3/4 fl oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
- dried elderflower
- Muddle two cucumber slices in a shaker.
- Add ice and remaining ingredients to the shaker, shake well.
- Strain into glass over ice.
- Garnish with two cucumber slices and dried elderflower.
